OVERWORKED AND UNDERPAID: 
Taxicab Driver Joe Mitchell (Richard Lambert+) hands over some spare change to pay the second month's rent to his weary wife Edna (Kate LoConti).
YOU DON'T BUY ME!:
Hard-working chemist Miller (Hasheen DeBerry*) tells his corrupt boss Mr. Fayette (Victor Morales) exactly what he can do with his blood money.
OUR LOVE WON'T PAY THE RENT:
Poverty-stricken young lovers Sid (Jeffrey Coyle) and Florrie (Sarah Brown) indulge in one last dance before they kiss their dreams goodbye.
A RAT IN THE WOODPILE:
Long-time Union member Clancy (Marshall Maxwell*, center) tries to tell it like it is.  But Labor Secretary Harry Fatt (Victor Morales, center right) and his gun thug (Tom Scahill*, right) don't want to hear it.
Fortunately, Strike Committee Members Doc Benjamin (M. Joseph Fratello, far left), Joe (Richard Lambert+, mid-left), and Miller (Hasheen DeBerry*, center left) rush to his defense.
THE SYSTEM IS SICK:
Jaded Doc Barnes (Keith Elkins*) gets a painful reminder of the hideous inequalities of the American medical system.
THE OLD GUARD FLEXES ITS MUSCLES:
Corrupt Labor Leader Harry Fatt (Victor Morales, left) turns to his only ally -- his hired gunman (Tom Scahill*, right).
WORKERS OF THE WORLD, UNITE!
Firebrand Union Organizer Agate Keller (Bill Schmidt*, center) leads the rank-and-file in a resounding strike call.
